Villanova Soccer Academy Joins PA Dominion FC

Villanova Soccer Academy (Villanova, PA) (VSA) and PA Dominion FC are pleased toannounce that VSA has joined PA Dominion FC as its fifth affiliate soccer club.

In 2017, PA Dominion FC formed as a 501(c)(3) non-profit collaborative affiliation between community soccer clubs that enabled the pooling of resources (players, trainers, facilities) to benefit all levels of competitive travel players in all age groups.  Organizationally, PA

Dominion FC is a pathway for U13 and older travel players who strive to train and compete at
a regional and national level in a non-academy setting. In addition to VSA, PA Dominion affiliates include Harleysville FC (Harleysville, PA), Boyertown Soccer Club (Boyertown, PA), Valley Soccer Club (Upper Perkiomen Valley) and Parkland Area Soccer Club (Orefield, PA).
Elsie Yanney, President of Villanova Soccer Academy, commented, “VSA is extremely excited to partner with an amazing club like PA Dominion that shares so many of ourcore values and philosophies and to be joining the other affiliate clubs of Harleysville,
Boyertown, Valley & Parkland.

All our clubs share the same philosophical views on youth
soccer, placing an emphasis on developing the whole player at every age and level of play while supporting multi-sport and school athletics. Most importantly, this affiliation allows VSA to maintain our identity as a local community club while strengthening our presence on the national stage.”

quality soccer experience to our players and families.” The Villanova Soccer Academy was founded in 2017 to provide players and families a safe and fun environment for kids to compete at their highest level while developing a passion for the game.

Founded by Elsie Yanney, Scott Spangler and Darren John, VSA has grown dramatically in its first four years as the model of empowering kids to achieve their soccer ambitions has resonated within the community. Through this platform, VSA has seen
powerful successes on and off the field across all age groups.
